Guidlines for section editors

Detailed information for section editors

  1. Conference organizer should appoint section/issue editor (s) for the conference issue and send their updated CV to managing editor.
  2. The section editor/issue editor will be responsible to handle, manage review and all communication related to issue and articles in this issue.
  3. On behalf of organizing committee section/issue editor must write preface/editorial outlining the overall content of the issue.
  4. Section/issue editor(s) can select the reviewers of their choice, however, all reviewers must be suitably qualified experts in the field (Preferably with a Ph.D degree and a minimum H index of 10). All reviews must be conducted according to the guidelines of Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) on peer review processes.  
  5. All paper should be plagiarism free; similarity index should be less than 15%. Section editors should ask the authors to perform plagiarism check and provide the plagiarism report during submission.
  6. References should be formatted strictly as per the author guideline of PICM.
  7. We do not require any copyright transfer, All article will be published with open access under Creative Commons attribution licenses (CC-BY, end-user license and the author will be the full copyright holder. Krispon publications hold the right to include additional information without affecting the academic contents of the manuscript.
  8. Obtaining and keeping permissions to reproduce from third party license holders for the published contents will be the sole responsibility of the authors. Section editors should give proper instructions to authors regarding the importance of obtaining permission to reproduce from copyright holders. We encourage authors to use contents distributed under creative common attribution license to bypass copyright requirements.
  9. The guest editor should send all the formatted articles in editable word file at once as per instruction. Krispon publishers will perform minor copy editing and the insertion of volume number, issue number and publication date after receiving all the contents of the issue.
